Pro Vercelli

Over the past few months, we have been working with great intensity and a strong sense of responsibility. Today, we can say we are satisfied with the path we have taken and with the operational model we are building day by day.
From the very beginning of our journey at Pro Vercelli, we believed that communication and transparency toward our supporters had to be a cornerstone of our work.
One of our first priorities was ensuring the stability of the club. We addressed inherited debt with determination, launching a recovery process that now allows us to operate in full compliance with regulations. At the same time, we initiated a deep process of organizational professionalization, strengthening structures, processes, and standards to ensure a modern, solid and sustainable club.

We have also invested concretely in infrastructure and working tools. The new gym and the introduction of cutting-edge equipment
clearly reflect the direction we want to pursue. Alongside this, we maintain a constant and constructive dialogue with the mayor and
the municipal administration to progressively improve the club’s facilities. Creating a professional and high-quality environment is
essential to support the growth of our players and staff.
Elevating the Pro Vercelli brand is another key focus. The opening of the club’s first-ever official store in the city and the launch of our Online Shop are meaningful steps forward, not only in terms of modernization, but also in strengthening the bond between the club, its identity, and its supporters.
Thanks to the shared commitment of ownership, management, and technical staff, many young players have shown significant growth, both professionally and personally. This is the result of daily work driven by dedication, attention to detail, and a constant pursuit of improvement.
As stated at the beginning of the season, this is our “year zero”, a transitional phase in which we are laying solid foundations for a coherent and ambitious long-term project. “Year zero” does not mean waiting; it means building, every single day.
Our youth sector remains at the heart of our philosophy, as does our commitment to the women’s team and to Pro Vercelli For Special, areas of great sporting, social, and human value for our club.
From a sporting perspective, we are evolving the squad step by step, starting from a solid core and looking ahead with clear ambition. The January transfer window fully reflected this vision, combining investment in young talent with experienced leadership. The process is gradual, but the direction is clear.
Looking forward, our objective for the summer is to take another step forward in quality, strengthening competitiveness while continuing to support the growth of our young players, all within the framework of the League’s new salary cap, which we view as a strategic choice rather than a limitation.
We know challenges are part of the journey. Facing them with responsibility and consistency is what builds credibility, strength and identity.
We look toward the end of the season with the aim of securing a playoff spot, which would represent a positive result given our starting point.
